It sounds like software dev freelancing/contract platforms have come a long way in the last 10 years. Or at least upwork and elancer don’t seem like the only options anymore. Gun.io seems solid, but I’m sure there’s more out there. If someone has no client referral base, where is the best place to start getting freelance work?
