Ask HN: Blog article linked here about good vs. bad developer processes?

A top-rated comment was posted here just a few months ago linking to a blog where an experienced consultant was comparing "successful" versus "unsuccessful" approaches. He used a style of writing like: "At Successful Org, Suzy comes in every morning to check the logs from the live production system." The key differences he mentioned were daily check-in, daily prod rollout, direct access to prod logs, automated workflows... versus multi-week delays, scheduled CAB meetings, manual rollout, etc... I thought I had bookmarked it, but I guess not. Did anyone else bookmark the article? I could rewrite it from memory, but the original made the point very clearly and that's hard to reproduce...
