Ask HN: What is a good replacement for CGI.pm?

I still use cgi.pm for doing server side stuff like processing forms and AJAX calls because I've been lazy I suppose, but it's still really handy for me and I'm not aware of anything else quite like it for .cgi scripts. I'd like to stick with perl but I'll appreciate and look into any suggestions offered.
