There's a lot of talk recently about how tech interviews focus too much on stuff like whiteboard coding and tricky algorithmic questions. Not just FAANGs, but smaller companies are copying this model of interviewing as well. To offer a counterpoint, I would like to know which companies you know about that have a good (or maybe not insane) interview process. I'm not interested in dedicating months of my life studying for tricky interview questions instead of doing real work and becoming a better developer.
